چکیده

Numerical simulations of physical systems are found in many industries, as they currently play a crucial role product development. There numerical methods for solving differential equations that describe the underlying physics behind mathematical models simulation, among which, finite element method (FEM) is one most commonly used. Although applications FEM seems to provide an acceptable solution problem, there still complex real-life processes can be challenging simulate numerically due their complexity and large size. Recently, has been shift research towards efficiently applying quantum algorithms analysis (FEA), potential speedup could offer have shown, but little no effort made applicability cost efficiency these real-world devices. In this paper, we propose cost-efficient FEA industrial problems post-processed by classical order address limitations available hardware when accessing them through different cloud-based services. We carry out approximating initially system with suitable algorithm using obtained solutions generate set reduced-order (ROMs) much smaller size than original model. This allows simulation model parameter sets excitations run on computers without having need access subroutines again. way, reduced usage (and thus development cost) while taking advantage its speedup.

Computational fluid dynamics simulations for investigation of parameters affecting goaf gas distribution

It is necessary to obtain a fundamental understanding of the goaf gas flow patterns in longwall mine in order to develop optimum goaf gas drainage and spontaneous combustion (sponcom) management strategies. The best ventilation layout for a longwall underground mine should assist in goaf gas drainage and further reduce the risk of sponcom in the goaf. Further, in the longwall panel, regulators ...

Computational fluid dynamics simulations of ship airwake

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations of ship airwakes are discussed in this article. CFD is used to simulate the airwakes of landing helicopter assault (LHA) and landing platform dock-17 (LPD-17) classes of ships. The focus is on capturing the massively separated flow from sharp edges of blunt bodies, while ignoring the viscous effects. A parallel, finitevolume flow solver is used wit...

DSC approach to Computational Fluid Dynamics

This paper presents the Dual Scattering Channel numerical solution of the Navier-Stokes Equations for quasi-incompressible flow in the OberbeckBoussinesq approximation. The implementation in hexahedral non-orthogonal mesh is outlined and a numerical example given which illustrates the approach. MSC-classes: 65C20, 65M06, 76D05 Westerham on March 6, 2008

A Quantum Lattice-Gas Model for Computational Fluid Dynamics

Quantum-computing ideas are applied to the practical and ubiquitous problem of fluid dynamics simulation. Hence, this paper addresses two separate areas of physics: quantum mechanics and fluid dynamics (or specially, the computational simulation of fluid dynamics). The quantum algorithm is called a quantum lattice gas. An analytical treatment of the microscopic quantum lattice-gas system is car...

Computational Fluid Dynamics on Hypercubes

We discuss some issues that arise in the implementation of numerical algorithms for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) on multiprocessor systems such as hypercubes. We identify several important kernel numerical algorithms from CFD that map well onto the hypercube architecture. We emphasize the importance of considering the optimal mapping for a collection of kernel algorithms used in an applic...
